By accessing and using Sree Narayana Construction's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sree Narayana Construction Co.

Sree Narayana Construction provides comprehensive construction services including residential, commercial, and industrial construction, renovation projects, architectural design, and project management. All services are subject to availability and specific project requirements.

All construction projects require a formal written agreement detailing project scope, timelines, payment terms, and deliverables. Verbal agreements are not binding until formalized in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Payments are structured in milestones as outlined in individual project agreements. Initial deposits are required to commence work. Late payments may result in project delays and additional charges. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Project timelines are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet deadlines, factors beyond our control (weather, material availability, regulatory approvals) may affect schedules. We commit to regular communication regarding any timeline changes.

We maintain strict quality control standards. All construction materials meet industry standards and specifications outlined in project agreements. We provide warranties as specified in individual project contracts.

Any changes to project scope must be requested in writing and approved by both parties. Additional costs or timeline adjustments resulting from changes will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

All architectural designs, plans, and project documentation remain the intellectual property of Sree Narayana Construction until full payment is received. Upon completion, limited usage rights are transferred to the client for the specific project only.

Our liability is limited to the value of the project contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All claims must be made within the warranty period specified in the project agreement.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination fees and settlement for work completed will be calculated as outlined in the original agreement. Materials purchased for the project remain our property until full payment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
